The SOAP Content Inspector

The Xtradyne/Quadrasis SOAP Content Inspector™ is a Web Services security product particularly suited for the firewalling of SOAP with deep packet inspection on Windows platforms. This joint product is based on Xtradyne Domain Boundary Controller technology for SOAP firewalling and Quadrasis EASI Security Unifier™ technology.

The SOAP Content Inspector is an application-layer security gateway that protects Web Services resources including mid-tier and back-end enterprise systems. It enables end-to-end security using WS-Security/SAML standards to secure all message traffic.

The SOAP Content Inspector protects against message related risks (damaging Web Service behavior, message corruption & eavesdropping, dubious message origin), services related risks (unprotected service, theft of service, lack of accountability), and interoperability risks (security implementation disconnects, insecure message exchange).

The product is not available in newer product versions. All essential functionality has been integrated into Xtradyne's WS-DBC product.
