We at Xtradyne endeavor to provide excellent support for our products. Xtradyne's support resources are available to all customers with a valid support agreement. Xtradyne's customer support services are available at three levels:
  • Standard: 8x5
  • Silver support: 12x5
  • Gold support: 24x7
Standard support is provided free of charge for evaluation license customers after agreement.

If you wish to purchase Support services or to upgrade your existing Support level, please contact us.

Support Contact

For customers, Xtradyne offers support in case any problems should arise. You can contact our customer support by Buyers of Silver and Gold support can also contact our support staff by calling on the telephone. They have received the respective numbers with their support contract.

When you contact the customer support to report a problem, you will be asked to provide the following information:
  • Product name and Version
  • Operating System and Version
  • Brief description of the problem
  • Details of any error messages or exceptions raised
